The delivery time depends on the location. It takes 24-48 hours to dispatch the package, and 3 business days on average within the EU, or 5-7 business days outside the EU to deliver it.

We offer worldwide delivery, and we ship the orders with UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

We provide all the necessary documentation for customs, however, customs fees, if there are any, should be paid by the customer receiving the goods.

After a shipping label is created, the tracking information is unavailable in the first few hours. Be patient and check your tracking information at a later time.

To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
